Sec. 2. A person that sells, offers to sell, or advertises for sale at least six (6): (1) watercraft; (2) trailers that are: (A) designed and used exclusively for the transportation of watercraft; and (B) sold in general association with the sale of watercraft; or (3) items set forth in both subdivisions (1) and (2); within a twelve (12) month period must be licensed under this article.
