Dealer; required certificates or proof of ownership or right of possession

Sec. 5. A dealer must have: (1) a certificate of title; (2) an assigned certificate of title; (3) a manufacturer's certificate of origin; (4) an assigned manufacturer's certificate of origin; or (5) other proof of ownership or evidence of right of possession as determined by the secretary; for a motor vehicle or watercraft in the dealer's possession.
