Acceptable forms of identification

Sec. 13. The following are acceptable forms of identification for purposes of section 7 of this chapter: (1) An unexpired driver's license. (2) An unexpired identification card issued under IC 9-24-16-1 , photo exempt identification card issued under IC 9-24-16.5 , or similar card issued under the laws of another state or the federal government. (3) An unexpired government issued document bearing an image of the individual requesting the information.   IC 9-32-4 Chapter 4.
