Rights, duties, and obligations under article, rules

Sec. 1. The secretary may delegate any or all of the rights, duties, or obligations of the secretary under this article to: (1) the director; or (2) another designee under the supervision and control of the secretary. The individual delegated has the authority to adopt and enforce rules under IC 4-22-2 as the secretary under IC 4-5-1-11 .
