"Watercraft dealer"

Sec. 46. "Watercraft dealer" means a person that sells, offers to sell, or advertises the sale of at least six (6): (1) watercrafts; (2) trailers designed and used exclusively for the transportation of watercrafts; or (3) trailers sold in general association with the sale of watercrafts; within a period of twelve (12) months.   IC 9-32-3 Chapter 3.
