Sec. 12.5. (a) "Designated family member", except as provided in subsection (b), has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-43 (a). (b) "Designated family member", for purposes of IC 9-32-19 , has the meaning set forth in IC 9-32-19-5 .
