Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "line make" means the specific series of recreational vehicle that: (1) is identified by a common series trade name or trademark; (2) the recreational vehicle dealer agreement authorizes a recreational vehicle dealer to sell; (3) is targeted to a particular market segment as determined by the decor, features, equipment, size, weight, and price of the recreational vehicle; (4) has lengths and interior floor plans that distinguish the recreational vehicle from another recreational vehicle of similar decor, features, equipment, size, weight, and price; and (5) belongs to a single, distinct classification of recreational vehicles with a substantial degree of commonality in the construction of the chassis, frame, and body of the recreational vehicle.
