"Coerce"

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "coerce" means threatening to: (1) terminate, cancel, or refuse to renew a recreational vehicle dealer agreement without good cause; or (2) withhold product lines or delay product delivery in order to obtain an amendment to a recreational vehicle dealer agreement.
