Sec. 23. (a) A recreational vehicle manufacturer or recreational vehicle distributor may not coerce or attempt to coerce a recreational vehicle dealer to: (1) purchase a product that the recreational vehicle dealer did not order; (2) enter into a recreational vehicle dealer agreement with the recreational vehicle manufacturer or recreational vehicle distributor; (3) take an action that is unfair or unreasonable to the recreational vehicle dealer; (4) enter into a recreational vehicle dealer agreement that requires the recreational vehicle dealer to submit disputes to binding arbitration or otherwise waive rights or responsibilities provided under this chapter; or (5) forego exercising a right authorized by a recreational vehicle dealer agreement or this chapter.       (b) The recreational vehicle dealer bears the burden of proving coercion under this section.
