Certified copies of driving and court records as prima facie evidence

Sec. 14. In a proceeding under this article: (1) a certified copy of a person's driving record obtained from the bureau; or (2) a certified copy of a court record concerning a previous conviction; constitutes prima facie evidence that the person has a previous conviction of operating while intoxicated.
