Indiana Code § 9-30-10-3

"Violation"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "violation" means: (1) a felony, a misdemeanor, or an infraction under the Indiana Code; or (2) a violation of an ordinance of an Indiana political subdivision. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-12-1-7.]
