Indiana Code § 9-30-10-1

"Judgment"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "judgment" means: (1) a judgment of conviction against the defendant in a felony or misdemeanor case; or (2) a civil judgment against the defendant in an infraction or ordinance proceeding. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-12-1-5 part.]
