Sec. 5. Documents required to be filed by Article 3(j) of the compact shall be filed with the office of traffic safety. Notice required by commission bylaws to be given under Article 3(j) of the compact shall be given to the director of the office of traffic safety. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-5-5.]
