Sec. 2. The Indiana department of transportation shall furnish the labor used in the repair or replacement of the fence. The owner of the fence shall furnish the materials or money to cover the cost of materials for the repair or replacement of the fence. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-3-5-1(a) part.]
