Indiana Code § 9-26-6-2

Notification required following accident resulting in damage to property; application of section

Sec. 2. (a) This section does not apply to the removal of a motor vehicle that constitutes a traffic hazard.       (b) The operator of a motor vehicle that is used to remove a motor vehicle that caused damage to real or personal property, except a motor vehicle of another person as described in IC 9-26-1-1.1 , shall give the notification required by IC 9-26-1-1.1 before removing the motor vehicle that caused the damage.       (c) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.
