Chairperson; quorum; nonvoting members; term

Sec. 4. (a) The members shall elect a chairperson of the advisory board at the advisory board's first meeting.       (b) A majority of the members of the advisory board constitutes a quorum.       (c) All members of the advisory board are nonvoting members. The advisory board may not take official action.       (d) An appointed member of the advisory board serves a two (2) year term, beginning December 31, 2025, and ending December 31, 2027.       (e) An appointed member of the advisory board serves at the will of the commissioner. If a vacancy occurs on the advisory board, the commissioner shall appoint an individual to fill the vacancy.
