Failure to comply with out-of-service order; civil penalty

Sec. 9. (a) A person that violates or fails to comply with an out-of-service order is subject to a civil penalty in accordance with federal law.       (b) A civil penalty assessed under this section: (1) must be collected by the clerk of the court and transferred: (A) to the motor vehicle highway account; or (B) to the bureau for deposit in the motor vehicle highway account; and (2) is a judgment subject to proceedings supplemental by the bureau.
