Forging of photo exempt identification card; penalty

Sec. 11. A person who forges or reproduces a photo exempt identification card issued under this chapter: (1) with intent to use the photo exempt identification card; or (2) with intent that the photo exempt identification card may be used by another person; commits a Class B misdemeanor.
