Indiana Code § 9-24-16.5-1

Bureau to issue photo exempt identification cards

Sec. 1. The bureau shall issue a photo exempt identification card to an individual who meets the following conditions: (1) Makes an application. (2) Is an Indiana resident. (3) Has provided valid documentary evidence to the bureau of the lawful status in the United States of the individual, as required by section 2(a)(10) of this chapter.
