Sec. 3. A landowner who finds a manufactured home that the landowner believes to be abandoned on property the landowner owns or controls, including: (1) a mobile home community (as defined in IC 16-41-27-5 ); or (2) rental property; may sell or salvage the manufactured home if the manufactured home has been left without permission on the landowner's property for at least thirty (30) days. The thirty (30) day period begins on the day the landowner sends notice under section 4 of this chapter to the manufactured home owner.
