Sec. 2. A person may lead a vehicle platoon in Indiana if: (1) the person or the organization with which the person is associated has filed a plan for general vehicle platoon operations with the Indiana department of transportation; (2) the Indiana department of transportation has not rejected the plan for general vehicle platoon operations in Indiana; and (3) the person leads the vehicle platoon in accordance with the plan for general vehicle platoon operations in Indiana.
