Crossing roadway at point not marked as a crosswalk; yield of right-of-way to traffic

Sec. 7. A pedestrian crossing a roadway at a point other than within a marked crosswalk or within an unmarked crosswalk at an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the roadway. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-88(a).]
