Railroad crossings; passing beyond gate or barrier in operation

Sec. 23. A pedestrian may not pass through, around, over, or under a crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing or bridge while the gate or barrier is closed or is being opened or closed. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-91.4(b).]
