Formation of procession for purpose of securing right-of-way; prohibition

Sec. 5. A pedestrian and a person who drives a vehicle that is not a part of a marching band procession may not form a procession for the purpose of securing the right-of-way granted by this section to marching band processions. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1.6-5.]
