Sec. 12. A motor driven cycle may not be operated under any of the following conditions: (1) By an individual less than fifteen (15) years of age. (2) By an individual who does not have: (A) an unexpired identification card with a motor driven cycle endorsement issued to the individual by the bureau under IC 9-24-16 ; (B) a valid driver's license; or (C) a valid learner's permit. (3) On an interstate highway or a sidewalk. (4) At a speed greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour. (5) The vehicle has not been registered as a motor driven cycle.
