Sec. 1. A vehicle may not be operated or moved over a bridge, causeway, or viaduct on a highway if the weight of the vehicle is greater than the maximum load that can be carried with safety to the bridge, causeway, or viaduct. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-1-15(a) part.]
