Indiana Code § 9-20-3-3

Maximum height limitations

Sec. 3. (a) A vehicle may not exceed a total maximum height of thirteen (13) feet, six (6) inches.       (b) The height limitations in subsection (a) do not require a clearance of that height and do not relieve the owners of vehicles not exceeding the limitations from liability for damage.
