Sec. 6. An individual director, officer, or agent of a corporation who authorizes, orders, or performs any of the acts or practices prohibited by this chapter is subject to criminal liability in accordance with IC 35-41-2-4 . [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-10-6-6.]
