Sec. 7. (a) If a placard issued under this chapter is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, the bureau shall issue a duplicate placard upon application by the person to whom the placard was issued. (b) There is no fee to issue an original or a duplicate placard under section 4 of this chapter. (c) The fee to issue an original or a duplicate placard under section 5 of this chapter is five dollars ($5). The fee shall be deposited in the commission fund. (d) There is no additional fee for a license plate issued under this chapter.
