License plates issued to members of the general assembly and other state officials

Sec. 1. (a) License plates shall be issued to the following: (1) Members of the general assembly. (2) Spouses of members of the general assembly. (3) Other state officials who receive special license plates on an annual basis.       (b) A license plate issued under this chapter may also be issued to a company or business owned by a person described in subsection (a).
