Sec. 3. (a) The fees for an Indiana Native American trust license plate are as follows: (1) An annual supplemental fee of fifteen dollars ($15) under IC 9-18.5-12-16 . (2) An annual fee of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25) as provided in IC 9-18.5-12-14 (d)(2) or IC 9-18.5-12-15 (b). (b) The annual fee referred to in subsection (a)(2) must be collected by the bureau and deposited in the fund established by section 4 of this chapter.
