Sec. 2. (a) Except as provided in sections 3.5 and 3.6 of this chapter, a civic event license plate issued under this chapter is supplemental to a license plate displayed on a vehicle otherwise registered or in the inventory of a dealer licensed under IC 9-32 or a manufacturer. (b) Proof: (1) of registration; or (2) for a manufacturer or a dealer licensed under IC 9-32 , of ownership; must be in the vehicle at all times. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-24-2.]
