Sec. 3. The bureau may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to assign permanent license plates and accompanying permanent registration cards to vehicles owned or leased by an entity listed in section 1 of this chapter. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-3-4.]
