Audit of license branch accounts by state board of accounts; public record

Sec. 1. (a) The bureau shall conduct an audit of each license branch operated under this article.       (b) Each audit must be conducted as determined by an annual risk assessment and an audit plan.       (c) An audit prepared under this section is a public record.       (d) Notwithstanding the audit performed under subsection (a), the state board of accounts may examine an account of a license branch operated under this article.
