Availability of voter registration forms

Sec. 3. Each license branch shall provide copies of voter registration forms. The registration forms must be: (1) prescribed by the Indiana election commission to permit the NVRA official to fulfill the NVRA official's reporting duties under 52 U.S.C. 20508(a)(3) and IC 3-7-11-2 ; and (2) placed in an easily accessible location within the branch, so that members of the public may obtain the forms without further assistance from the commission.
