Prohibition against disclosure of personal information

Sec. 5. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter: (1) an officer or employee of the bureau; (2) an officer or employee of the bureau of motor vehicles commission; or (3) a contractor of the bureau or the bureau of motor vehicles commission (or an officer or employee of the contractor); may not knowingly disclose or otherwise make available personal information, including highly restricted personal information.
