Requests by law enforcement and government agencies

Sec. 6. (a) The bureau shall give precedence to requests under this chapter from law enforcement agencies and agencies of government for certified copies of records.       (b) The bureau may not impose a fee on a law enforcement agency, an agency of government, or an operator (as defined in IC 9-21-3.5-4 ) for a request made under this chapter.
