Sec. 89. (a) "Judgment" means, except as provided in subsections (b), (c), and (d), any judgment, except a judgment rendered against the state or a political subdivision or a municipality of the state that becomes final by expiration without appeal of the time within which appeal might have been perfected, or by final affirmation on appeal, rendered by a court of any state of the United States. (b) "Judgment", for purposes of IC 9-25-6-4 , has the meaning set forth in IC 9-25-6-4 (b). (c) "Judgment", for purposes of IC 9-30-10 , has the meaning set forth in IC 9-30-10-1 . (d) "Judgment", for purposes of IC 9-30-11 , has the meaning set forth in IC 9-30-11-1 .
