Indiana Code § 9-13-2-65

"Flammable liquid"

Sec. 65. "Flammable liquid" means a liquid that has a flash point of seventy (70) degrees Fahrenheit, or less, as determined by a tabliabue or equivalent closed cup test device. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-8 part.]
