"Child restraint system"

Sec. 23. "Child restraint system" means a device that: (1) is manufactured for the purpose of protecting children from injury during a motor vehicle accident; and (2) meets the standards prescribed and definition contained in 49 CFR 571.213. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-13-1.]
