Indiana Code § 9-13-2-198.7

"Waters of Indiana"

Sec. 198.7. (a) "Waters of Indiana" means all waters within the boundaries of Indiana.       (b) The term includes every lake, river, stream, canal, ditch, and body of water owned or controlled by a public utility that is subject to the jurisdiction of the state.
