Indiana Code § 9-13-2-191

"Ultimate purchaser"

Sec. 191. "Ultimate purchaser" means the first person, other than a dealer purchasing in the dealer's capacity as a dealer, who in good faith purchases a motor vehicle for purposes other than resale. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-10-1-1 part.]
