Sec. 187. "Transport operator" means any of the following: (1) An Indiana business that furnishes drivers and operators for the purpose of transporting motor vehicles in transit from one (1) place to another by the drive away or tow away methods. (2) An Indiana business that prepares newly purchased motor vehicles of the business and delivers the motor vehicles to the locations where the motor vehicles will be based, titled, and registered. (3) An operator of a tractor-mobile home rig or a special tractor-mobile home rig transporting a sectionalized building using a disposable trailer. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-1-2(y).]
