Sec. 163. (a) "Sectionalized building" means, except as provided in subsection (b), any part of a finished structure. (b) "Sectionalized building", for purposes of IC 9-20-15 , means any part of a finished structure that has living quarters suitable for human use and that can be identified by a manufacturer's number sequence.
