Sec. 110. "Moving traffic offense" means a violation of a statute, an ordinance, a rule, or a regulation relating to the operation or use of a motor vehicle while the motor vehicle is in motion. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citations: 9-4-1-2; 9-4-12-1 part.]
