Sec. 100. "Medical services vehicle" means any of the following: (1) A vehicle that is used or intended to be used for the purpose of responding to emergency life-threatening situations and providing emergency transportation service. (2) A vehicle that is routinely used to transport patients who are not acutely ill or injured in a life-threatening manner. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-1-2(cc).]
