Sec. 1. As used in this chapter: "Authority" refers to the Indiana finance authority established by IC 5-1.2-3 . "Department" refers to the Indiana department of transportation established under IC 8-23-2 . "Toll bridge" means a bridge with approaches, avenues of access, fills, causeways, and connecting bridges or ferries under IC 8-16-1 . "Toll road project" has the meaning specified in IC 8-15-2-4 (4).
