Sec. 6. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any person, firm, corporation, lessee, or receiver who or which operates in the state of Indiana a steam railroad more than twenty-five (25) miles in length. Formerly: Acts 1913, c.43, s.6. As amended by P.L.62-1984, SEC.131.
