Sec. 6. The departments annually shall assemble a written report containing the following information: (1) A description of the rights-of-way that have been abandoned during the previous year. This description is not required to include the legal description of any of the rights-of-way. (2) Any property that has been purchased under the program. (3) Sources of funds for the program. (4) Other information that the departments consider relevant.
