Sec. 8. The condemnations authorized in section 7 of this chapter may be made according to: (1) the provisions of the charter of any or either of the proprietary companies; (2) the general railroad law of Indiana in effect at the time that provides for the condemnation of real estate for railroad purposes; or (3) IC 32-24-1 .
